Isabelle is a passionate Lifestyle Coach, social influencer and public speaker dedicated to empowering and supporting people to transform their lives into a healthier and more aligned version.
Having felt a calling to help others from a young age, Isabelle served in the military police for 20 years and qualified as a yoga and Pilates teacher. In 2020, she decided to leave her job to pursue her true purpose. After a period of travelling and self-discovery, she found her path in 2023. She immersed herself in various coaching programmes, equipping herself with the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to embark on her new journey.

Today, Isabelle empowers and supports clients through advice and coaching, helping them transform their lives in order to achieve specific personal or professional goals in different life areas, with a focus on aligning the mind, body and spirit. Her goal is to empower and inspire people by spreading her message and sharing her passions, love and light.
